Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 chicken slices enough thin , 1 natural fat free yogurt, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1/2 lemon juice , 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon of ginger, a bit of a teaspoon of cumin , a teaspoon of brown sugar, salt
Cut the chicken slices into rectangles about 3 × 7 cm
In a bowl prepare a sauce by mixing the yogurt, ketchup, lemon juice, oil, sugar and spices (turmeric, ginger and cumin). Pour the sauce over the chicken, stir and leave for a few hours (I’ll prepare it the night before, I leave it in the refrigerator and continue preparing the next night)
Prepare the skewers tucking in one long stick the chicken pieces folded so that the two ends‘ are aligned. To cook the skewers do not press too well the pieces of chicken with each other
Bake in a large non-stick pan without adding oil and starting the cooking when pan is already hot: Turn the skewers after 5 minutes, when it is already formed a slight crust on the side of the chicken pieces.
Continue cooking for 10-15 min and in any case until they get golden brown. Taste to salt and add, if you like, a little ‘pepper.
